Research in Pharmacology and Toxicology

Pharmacology and Toxicology deals with immunopharmacological issues and in particular with the characterization of potential new immunomodulatory agents such as toll-like receptor modulators and synthetic peptides. Current investigations also focus on autophagy-relevant processes for inflammatory reactions and the elucidation of the mechanisms of lysosomotropic agents at the molecular level.
